  The Ministry of Industry and Trade has no plans to launch the preferential car loans and leasing programs yet

  There are currently no plans to resume the state programs for preferential car loans and leasing, since this makes no sense in the context of a disrupted supply chain. This was announced by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Denis Manturov, by adding that at present the Ministry of Industry and Trade, together with the automotive industry, is developing comprehensive measures to support the domestic auto industry against the backdrop of sanctions.

  Preferential car loan program may be expanded since 2023

  The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia does not exclude that from 2023, preferential car loans will be issued for cars more expensive than the 1.5 million rubles established by the terms of the program, said the head of the Ministry, Denis Manturov. At the same time, he did not rule out that in 2023 the program of preferential car loans will be expanded with new categories of citizens, but this will depend on the situation in the Russian car market.

  "Toyota Bank" starts to give preferential car loans from August 15th

  "Toyota Bank" is attached to the program of preferential car loans, which is implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. On August 15th, 2013 the product, called "State Program", starts to operate in the bank with lending rates of 5.9% per annum.

  Preferential car loans are issued by 65 banks

  The list of banks that have confirmed their participation in the program of granting of preferential car loan was published on web site of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. As of August 5, 2013, the list includes 65 banks.
