    In 2018, sales of new cars in Russia grew by 12.8% in compare with 2017. Both segments - the mass and premium ones - also showed the growth (+ 13.9% and + 7.4%, respectively). Sales of cars of mass brands reached 1 572 246 units in 2018, the share of which is 91.2% of the total sales volume.

“AUTOSTAT OMNIBUS” is an annual project of the analytical agency “AUTOSTAT” that includes a survey of car owners according to a certain methodology and it also makes possible to compare assessment indicators over time.

In the spring of 2019, the first wave of the project is issued, which is aimed at identifying consumer preferences in the purchase and operation of automotive antifreezes.

The project is based on the formation of a representative sample corresponding to the age and regional structure of the car fleet in Russia.

In the course of the study, we get the features of consumer behavior of car owners by the following themes: automotive antifreeze brand recognition (with and without options) and features of a car coolant choosing. The report also includes the NPS index, the brand re-purchase index, and the place choice for the coolant purchase when a need arises. Particular attention in the report is paid to the media preferences of Russian car owners. The project provides an opportunity to compare annually the change in indicators of your brand and competitors' brands, as well as ask your questions to the respondents participating in the survey.
