The director of public relations of regional subdivision of “Nissan Vostok”, Tatyana Natarova, informed about it AUTOSTAT agency and she remarked that the issue of deliveries of new Nissan Almera to Ukrainian market is being in stage of studying and discussing at the present time and the final decision about it was not taken yet.

Company Chevrolet will present in Russia a low-cost sedan under the name Cobalt, which is to be the locomotive of brand in the Russian market. The director of marketing and sales support of GM DAT CIS, Aleksander Migal, informed about it AUTOSTAT agency and he also added that the Russian premiere of Cobalt will be in Moscow motor show – 2012 and this car will be on sale in 2013.

Fiat and Sberbank will create joint venture with a capital of both parties
Italian concern Fiat and Russian Sberbank reached the preliminary agreements about creation of joint venture in Russia, informed the newspaper Corriere della Sera on February 27th. According to data of Italian publishing, Fiat will receive a share of 80% and Sberbank – 20%.

Nissan will produce in AutoVAZ new sedan Almera
Company Nissan has confirmed officially the intention of production of new model that was developed especially for Russia, which will be produced in plant in Togliatti. It will have the wide known name Almera and it will begin the presence of Nissan in mass quick-growing segment of low-cost cars. The start of sales of new model was planned for the beginning of 2013.

UAZ will produce more than 2 thousand of vehicles for Ministry of internal affairs of Russia
Ulyanovsk car plant will produce 750 of UAZ SUVs for Ministry of internal affairs of Russia in February. UAZ will deliver 2384 vehicles of different modifications to Ministry of RF by contract totally in 2012, including UAZ Patriot, UAZ Hunter, vehicles of traditional model range and special versions for MIA (“Duty service” and “Patrol and inspection service”).
