The joint venture «GM Uzbekistan» is going to increase the export of passenger cars by 21% in 2013 – to 142 thousand cars against 117,5 thousand units that were expected by the results of 2012. Representatives of AK “Uzavtoprom” informed about it and they remarked that the company is going to increase the production and export rate owing to the production increasing of small car Chevrolet Spark and sedan Lacetti and also mastering of production of sedan of business class Cobalt.

Great Wall is going to sell vehicles in Russia by itself
Chinese car producer Great Wall could start the distribution of its vehicles in Russia independently from 2013. It means the loosing of exclusive rights of “Irito”, which was a distributor of Great Wall from 2005, but the term of agreement about exclusive distributor will be finished the next year.
