AutoVAZ opened the first corporate shop by sales of spare parts


The subsidiary of AutoVAZ and its official distributor by sales of spare parts for Lada cars “Lada Image” opened in Togliatti the first corporate shop “LADA Detail”. The first shop was opened on base of company “Lada Special equipment”, which is the official dealer of “Lada Image”. As representatives of AutoVAZ remarked, this event is the first step by forming in Russia the network of retail shops by sales of original spare parts for Lada cars.

During 2012-2014 the number of retail shops of “LADA Detail” should be increased to 2500, they will cover all Russian cities with the population of more than 50 thousand people. The owners of Lada cars will be able to find the necessary spare parts in each corporate car shop “LADA Detail”, without doubts in its originality and quality, they will get the necessary consultation and they will be able to apply directly to the plant-producer with their questions. The standard “LADA Detail” includes the corporate style of retail shop (the sign and single brand trade equipment), the presence of the full range of quality spare parts and details for Lada cars at the competitive prices, qualitative consultation from sellers and introduction of system of discount cards for loyal customers.

As the vice-president of sales and marketing of AutoVAZ, Artem Fedosov, remarked, the opening of the first shop “LADA Detail” in Togliatti is the start of long and difficult work, which should make easier the life of owners of Lada cars in all country. “The network “LADA Detail” will provide our customers the confidence in the quality service of Lada cars during the whole term of their exploitation”, - he underlined.

“It is the first result of sales system of spare parts reforming, which was made by AutoVAZ and “Lada Image”. Now we are ready to present to each owner of Lada car the full range of original spare parts and materials”, - said the General Manager of “Lada Image”, Andrey Tarasov.
