Which countries export cars assembled in Russia?


UAZ will produce more than 2 thousand of vehicles for Ministry of internal affairs of Russia


Ulyanovsk car plant will produce 750 of UAZ SUVs for Ministry of internal affairs of Russia in February. UAZ will deliver 2384 vehicles of different modifications to Ministry of RF by contract totally in 2012, including UAZ Patriot, UAZ Hunter, vehicles of traditional model range and special versions for MIA (“Duty service” and “Patrol and inspection service”).

The first 750 of SUVs will be assembled in February. The rest ones will be produced till the end of April of this year. SUVs will be delivered to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov, Samara, Yekaterinburg, Khabarovsk, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk and other regions.

As it was informed earlier, totally in 2012 Ulyanovsk plant is going to produce 70 thousand vehicles and it is more almost by 10% than in the previous year. About 10 thousand vehicles of this amount should be delivered for export. It should be reminded that by the results of 2011 it was produced 63890 vehicles in Ulyanovsk assembly line and it is more by 15,7% than in the previous year. Therewith, it was produced 30394 of SUVs (+23%), commercial vehicles – 33496 units (+9,8%). It should be remarked that the leader of growth was model UAZ Patriot, production volume of which increased by 57,8% to 18088 cars.
