AutoVAZ will introduce a system of valuation bonuses for dealers

AutoVAZ will introduce a system of valuation bonuses for dealers in 2012. This system was adopted from foreign partners Renault-Nissan. As the press-office of AutoVAZ informed AUTOSTAT agency, since that time salaries will depend not only on sales plan fulfillment and corporative standards observance but also on the level of customers’ satisfaction during the purchase of a car and the following service. Methodology is quite simple – after the sale and service rendering the data of each client is registered in a base. Then AutoVAZ makes a selective interrogation among them, by the results of which dealers will be evaluated.

It should be reminded that in October of 2010 AutoVAZ introduced a system of bonus encouragement of dealers. Due to this bonus system dealers were able to increase their incomes by observing the main rules of AutoVAZ: recommended retail prices, sales plans, corporative standards and satisfaction of consumers growing.

So, AutoVAZ was able to offer cars by single price through its partners-sellers of Lada cars, though it was almost impossible recently. Besides, criteria and tasks for sales and after sales quality were defined clearly. System of Lada dealers’ valuation that exists at the present time was created by example of Alliance Renault-Nissan. System of Lada cars distribution in regions was re-organized and it considerably decreased an activity of uncertified dealers. There was opened more than 50 of new dealer centres Lada and it was signed 60 reports about intents for 2011. Representatives of AutoVAZ informed that many investors want to contribute money in dealer business of Lada sales.
