Renault-Nissan could remain without blocking stake of AUTOVAZ

The investment company �Troika Dialog� leads the negotiations with consortium Renault-Nissan about sales of its shares of AUTOVAZ, but it could offer them in the market. �There are two variants: the shares will be bought by Renault-Nissan or the shares will be sold in the market�, - the head of investment company, Ruben Vardanyan, said in the interview with Reuters.
�Nissan could buy the shares of AUTOVAZ and Renault will keep its block�, - said Mr. Vardanyan and he also added that the choice between a deal with Renault-Nissan and sales in the market will depend on the price. �I would like to remark that there won�t be a competition between Renault and Nissan. The competition will be between market and Renault-Nissan�, � cited the words of banker AutoNews.Ru.
In November 2010 the head of alliance Renault-Nissan, Carlos Ghosn, announced that Renault, which has a control block of shares of AUTOVAZ, and its partner Nissan are ready to increase the share till the control one. They started to lead negotiations about shares of AUTOVAZ purchase from two co-owners � �Troika Dialog� and state corporation �Rostechnologii� (each has a blocking stake).
At the present time �Troika Dialog�, �Rostechnologii� and Renault own blocking stake of AUTOVAZ. After the additional issue the share of Renault will remain the same, �Rostechnologii� will increase the share to 29,4% and the block of �Troika Dialog� will be 20,53%.
By the words of Mr. Vardanyan, there could be bought a part of 27% share of KAMAZ in the market. He didn�t reveal the terms and other conditions of deals with shares of KAMAZ and AUTOVAZ but he underlined that the negotiations are being held.
