AVTOVAZ found the general director for its dealer network "Lada-Service"

Zakhar Titov is appointed the new general director of the dealer holding "Lada-Service" who earlier headed the Cheboksary dealer of Lada "Dial-avto". The newspaper "Kommersant" referring to its sources writes that the new manager will replace Alexander Pronin, who headed "Lada-Service" since the moment of its establishment and left the company because of disagreements with AVTOVAZ concerning financing - in November AVTOVAZ rejected Mr. Pronin�s offer about implementation of additional emission of the affiliated marketing holding in the amount of up to 3 billion rubles as the company share in it could be washed away.
Despite the huge work done by Alexander Pronin in "Lada-Service", the new top-manager should still solve a large quantity of problems, dealers remark. Taking into account that AVTOVAZ has refused to capitalize the holding through additional emission, there are still problems with managing of business processes, structure optimization and increase of operational indexes. Besides, next year, despite all problems of "Lada-Service" (including bankruptcies of 10% from all dealer enterprises and there are five-six dealers more, including Moscow, who are already on the verge), AVTOVAZ has not reduced yet a sales quota through its own marketing network and this is about 25% from the total sales volume of Lada.
