Mr. Hristenko: in 2009 Russian market can fall by 60%

In 2009 the fall of the automotive market can constitute to 60% from the indexes of the last year, said the head of the Ministry of industry and trade of Russia Viktor Hristenko at the meeting on issues of the Russian automotive industry in Togliatti.
�Analysis of dynamics of sales of cars for January - February of 2009 showed that the fall of market can constitute to 60% in 2009 against�, - as the agency �Interfax� cites Mr. Hristenko.
The same situation is seen at the market of commercial cars, accentuated the minister. �We suppose that even in conditions of change of measures on support, the market would decrease by 50%,� � said V. Hristenko.
