The Lipetsk plant Motorinvest has started the production of the Evolute i-SKY electric crossover. The price of the novelty is from 3 million 995 thousand rubles, taking into account the state subsidy, reports the press service of the automaker. Overall length of Evolute i-SKY is 4565 mm with a wheelbase of 2715 mm. The model's sporty appearance is emphasized by the swift body lines, narrowed headlights and bright orange moldings. The electric car is equipped with a high-tech synchronous permanent magnet motor with liquid cooling, developing a maximum power of 204 hp, and peak torque of 340 Nm.
The traction battery has a capacity of 85.9 kWh and the battery has a quick charge time of no more than 45 minutes to 80%. In the WLTP range test, the electric crossover achieved 511 kilometers on a single charge. Evolute i-SKY accelerates to the first "hundred" from a place for 8.6 seconds, and its top speed develops up to 180 km/h. There are several driving modes for different operating conditions: economy, comfort and sport modes. In addition, in the "camping" mode, users can connect external household devices to power the electric car through a regular 220V outlet.
Evolute i-SKY is equipped with LED optics with several variants of animation when charging and approaching the owner. Warm options for the Russian market include heated front and rear seats, electrically heated windshield washer nozzles and an optional self-contained cabin heater. In addition to six airbags, including side airbags and curtain airbags, the Evolute i-SKY is equipped with a 360-degree surround-view camera and electronic assistant systems.
In particular, there are frontal collision warning, emergency braking, slope and lane change assistants. The i-SKY is also equipped with driver fatigue detection, blind spot monitoring, as well as systems that warn vehicles when crossing in reverse and approaching pedestrians.
