Sales of Foton Toano vans start in Russia

Avtodom Group of Companies together with MB Rus JSC presented the Foton Toano light commercial vehicle as part of the recent International Exhibition of Commercial Vehicles Comtrans-2023. Sales of the new product will start in September with vans with a gross weight of 3.5 tons. Buses for 16 seats and vans with a gross weight of 4.2 tons will appear a little later, the press service of MB Rus reports.

The cargo compartment volume of the all-metal Toano van ranges from 9.1 to 12 cubic meters. For ease of loading, it is possible to install a double-leaf rear door with an opening angle of up to 270°. Foton Toano is equipped with a 2.8-liter Cummins ISF diesel engine, which is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The basic equipment, in particular, includes ABS and ESC systems, as well as driver airbags.

The interior is equipped with air conditioning, a multimedia system with a rear view camera, a multifunction steering wheel, electrically adjustable and heated side mirrors and power windows, adjustable driver and passenger seats in 6 positions. Retrofitting vehicles in cooperation with local body manufacturers will allow us to offer customers various solutions focused on their individual business needs, an ambulance, various options for cargo-passenger versions, etc. Russian body manufacturing companies verified by MB Rus will be responsible for the conversions.
