Sollers will invest about 3.5 billion rubles in the production development in 2023

Investments of the Sollers group in the development of production in 2023 will be about 3.5 billion rubles. Deputy General Director of the company Zoya Kaika reported this to the Prime agency, clarifying that this figure includes key projects to launch the full production cycle of Sollers Atlant and Argo, investments in the localization of diesel engines and gearboxes, as well as the import substitution program at UAZ.

Let us recall that in 2023, Sollers switched to the production of the full cycle of Sollers Atlant vehicles at the Sollers Alabuga plant, and also launched full-scale production of Sollers Argo light-duty trucks at the new Sollers Cargo plant in Ulyanovsk. In addition, the group began a project implementing to produce a family of diesel engines at the engine plant in the Alabuga SEZ and launched a project to organize the production of transmissions at the Zavolzhsky Motor Plant site.

The Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant has launched the production of the flagship UAZ Patriot model with a modernized rear suspension.
