The production of GM Powertrain Uzbekistan engines with volume 1.0, 1.2, 1.4 and 1.5 liters will be orientated on internal market and on export. The creation of a new engine factory in Uzbekistan will favour the further growth of volumes of production of cars at GM Uzbekistan. The analysts of the agency AUTOSTAT establish that on totals of 2008, 8, 4% from the total volume of export of new cars from Japan accounted for Russia, which constituted 6, 73 mln units.
