Hongqi premium cars come officially to Russia

Chinese auto concern FAW Group introduces the premium brand Hongqi to the Russian market. Four Hongqi models will go on sale in May: E-HS9 all-electric all-wheel drive SUV, H9 premium sedan, HS5 premium all-wheel drive SUV and H5 New premium sedan. Prices and equipment will be announced later, according to the press service of the automaker. Hongqi H9 Premium Sedan has mild hybrid engine (2.0T+48V), Intelligent Damper Control Suspension, 7-Speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT), Rear Wheel Drive, Hidden Exterior Door Handles, Driver Assistance Systems, Dual Color Design body. The all-electric Hongqi E-HS9 SUV is equipped with all-wheel drive (4WD) and two engines with a capacity of 160 kW and 245 kW.

Acceleration time to 100 km / h takes 4 seconds. The range is 510 km (NEDC cycle), ultra-fast 10-minute charge allows you to travel 100 km. The design of the vehicle also includes an adjustable air suspension with an intelligent shock absorber control system. The decoration uses high-quality materials; the car is also equipped with an air quality control system in the cabin, 10 airbags, and matrix LED headlights.

The exclusive distributor and sole representative of Hongqi premium brand in Russia is FAW Eastern Europe LLC - a subsidiary of FAW in the Russian Federation. The first Hongqi dealerships will be opened in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Sochi, Kazan, and Rostov-on-Don.
