Sales of Moskvich cars began in Sochi and Simferopol

Sales of Moskvich cars started in Sochi and Simferopol. Deputy Mayor of Moscow Maxim Liksutov informed TASS agency about it, by adding that now Moskvich dealerships are already presented in 25 cities across the country. Klyuchavto holding has become the official dealer in Sochi, and in Simferopol, cars can be purchased at Avtodel dealership. Recall that in November last year, Moskvich car plant began mass production of Moskvich 3 crossover (from 1 million 970 thousand rubles for the version with a manual gearbox and 2 million 035 thousand for the version with an automatic transmission), and in December, its electric version appeared on the assembly line of the enterprise under the name Moskvich 3e (3.5 million rubles).

Meanwhile, Moskvich car plant recently introduced a new model - Moskvich 6 C-class liftback, which will go on sale in September 2023. As for production volumes, it is planned that in 2023 at least 50 thousand cars will be assembled at the plant using the SKD technology, including 10 thousand with an electric engine, in 2024 - at least 100 thousand cars, including 20 thousand with electric engine. At the same time, 50% of this volume will be produced using SKD technology, another 50% - using CKD technology.
