Complete sets of Saipa cars for Russia became known

Best Motors Company, which is a distributor of Saipa cars in Russia, disclosed the technical characteristics and equipment of Iranian models for our country. Already in June, Quik hatchback, as well as Saina and Shahin sedans, will be on sale at Russian dealers. The price of these models will be from 1 million to 1.7 million rubles, which will make them the most affordable foreign cars in the Russian market. According to Gazeta.Ru, Saipa cars are equipped with air conditioning, hydraulic power steering, rear parking sensors, ABS and two airbags, as well as aluminum wheels. Depending on the configuration, cars are equipped with a multimedia system and a rear-view camera. Saina compact sedan is equipped with a 1.5-liter engine producing 87 hp (128 Nm), which works in combination with a 5-speed manual gearbox or CVT.

The model will receive three configurations. The technical part of the compact hatchback Quik is the same as Saina. It will be available in seven trim levels, and the list of equipment of the model is also similar to the Saina, but among other things it has cruise control. Shahin's flagship sedan is powered by a 1.5-liter 110 hp engine (178 Nm). The model is presented in two trim levels, and among the options available are mirrors with electric drive and a sunroof. According to Vladimir Zhelobov, director of sales of used cars of Avtodom Group of Companies and AvtoSpetsCentre Group of Companies, only two factors can ensure popularity among Russians for Saipa cars: technical equipment of a higher level than that of AVTOVAZ models, as well as a lower cost in compare with representatives of the domestic auto industry. In terms of the first parameter, Saipa brand still wins - even the basic equipment of cars has airbags, rear parking sensors and ABS.

However, a steering wheel without buttons, a switch dashboard, a non-touch radio and manual air conditioning settings are not the kind of equipment for which you want to pay from 1 million to 1.7 million rubles.
