AVTOVAZ started sales of LADA Niva Travel KHL, a special series of off-road vehicles for hockey fans, which has become the most equipped version of this model. The price of the novelty has changed slightly in compare with Luxe configuration, equipped with an off-road package (+25 thousand rubles), and ranges from 1 million 292 thousand 500 rubles, the press service of the automaker reports.

LADA Niva Travel KHL was created on the basis of the maximum Luxe configuration and is distinguished by the symbols of the "League" on the pillar and sills of the body, as well as an exclusive set of accessories. Additional equipment includes interior and trunk mats, an organizer bag for placement in the left or right trunk niches. For fans who prefer active recreation, there is a trunk carpet apron that can be used to cover the bumper of the car when loading or unloading, as well as a backpack and a thermal mug with special series logos.

LADA NIVA Travel KHL equipment includes heated seats and windshield, rear view camera with washer, air conditioning, multimedia system, parking sensors, etc. The special series also includes an Off-road package consisting of a snorkel, anthracite alloy wheels A/T tyres. LADA Niva Travel is equipped with a permanent all-wheel drive system with the ability to connect a downshift and lock the center differential. Under the bonnet of SUV, a 1.7-liter engine with 80 hp is installed.

According to the results of the first quarter of 2023, 10,449 LADA Niva Travel cars were sold in Russia, which is 69% higher in compare with the previous year, experts of AUTOSTAT agency reported with reference to the data of JSC "PPK"*. As a result, this model has become the leader in the SUV segment in the Russian car market.
