FAW announced Russian prices for B70 liftback and T55 crossover

Chinese company FAW has announced the configuration and cost of B70 liftback and T55 crossover in Russia, which are already appearing at Russian dealers. FAW Bestune B70 liftback is offered in four trim levels at a price of 2 million 328 thousand rubles. Crossover FAW Bestune T55 is available in two levels of equipment, and its cost is from 2 million 289 thousand rubles, according to the press service of automaker.

The new generation FAW Bestune B70 D-class liftback appeared in the Chinese market in November 2020. Model dimensions (length, width, height) – are 4810 x 1840 x 1455 mm, wheelbase is 2800 mm. The front-wheel drive car is equipped with a choice of turbocharged 1.5-liter engine with 124 hp or 2-liter engine 160 hp, respectively. In the first case, the maximum speed is 200 km / h, the average fuel consumption is 6.4 liters per 100 km / h. In the second case - 230 km / h and 7 liters, respectively. The powertrains are mated to a 6-speed Aisin automatic transmission and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT).

FAW Bestune T55 C-Class crossover was introduced to the Chinese market in March 2021. The car, which is slightly smaller than Bestune T77 crossover currently sold, will take the place of FAW Bestune X40 model that is leaving the Russian market. Dimensions (length, width, height) – are 4437 x 1850 x 1625 mm, wheelbase is 2650 mm. The car with front-wheel drive is equipped with a turbocharged 1.5-liter engine with 124 hp and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT). The maximum speed is 190 km / h, the average fuel consumption is 6.6 liters per 100 km.

Sergey Vornovsky, sales and maintenance director of FAW-Eastern Europe, said that the company aims to reach the level of sales of 6,000 vehicles per year, and also plans to introduce several new models to the Russian market.
