Russian Antolin plants were sold to Delta

The Spanish group GrupoAntolin sold two of its Russian plants for the production of automotive components near St. Petersburg and Nizhny Novgorod to the leasing company Delta from Krasnoyarsk. As Anna Storozheva, chairman of the board of directors of LK Delta, Anna Storozheva, informed Delovoy Peterburg, the deal was carried out on market terms and does not imply a right of repurchase by the Spanish side. Both enterprises are now operating and are shipping their products on a weekly basis. The company did not disclose the main customers, by noting that these are both Russian and foreign automakers. According to Anna Storozheva, the production volumes of enterprises in 2023 will be comparable to the previous one.

"This is due, first of all, to the accurate forecasts of the industry for the production of cars, while we are technically ready to produce even more this year: there are a sufficient amount of raw materials, subcomponents for this, production capacities also allow us to do this," she said. The new owner retained all jobs and the management team in full. The factories will be renamed in the near future. It should be reminded that in October 2010, GrupoAntolin started construction of its plant for the production of components for car interior trim in the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region. The volume of investments in the first stage of production amounted to about 14 million Euros. And already in March 2011, the plant began the production of ceilings and door panels.

The capacity of the first stage of production of components for interior trim is designed for 5,000 vehicles per day. In 2013, Antolin Avtotekhnika Nizhny Novgorod (a joint venture between the Nizhny Novgorod Avtotekhnika group and the Spanish GrupoAntolin) announced its intention to invest 300 million rubles in the production of automotive ceiling modules and power windows in Nizhny Novgorod. In 2014, the first and second production lines began to operate, producing modules for the ceiling of the car interior, and in 2015, the third line - the production of power windows.
