Sales of premium Tank 300 SUVs began in Russia

Sales of Tank 300, the first model in the line of premium SUVs from the Great Wall Motor concern, have begun in Russia. The novelty is offered in two trim levels - Adventure and Premium - costing from 3 million 699 thousand rubles and 4 million 049 thousand rubles, respectively, the press service of the automaker reports. Under the bonnet of Tank 300 SUV, a 2-liter four-cylinder in-line gasoline turbo engine is installed, which develops 220 hp (380 Nm) and works in conjunction with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Tank 300 ground clearance is 224 mm, fording depth reaches 700 mm. Tank cars have been adapted for the Russian market, including anti-corrosion protection of the body in places that are particularly susceptible to aggressive environmental influences.

In addition to the ability to control vehicle functions on the touch screen, a block of physical buttons has been added. There was also a speed limiter and a rear-view camera washer. The appearance of the Tank 300 is distinguished by full LED headlights and lights, 17-inch black alloy wheels, as well as a hinged fifth door with a full-size spare wheel, powerful engine and gearbox protection. The center of the composition in the interior of the Tank 300 is a cluster of two 12.3-inch high-definition LCD displays. The front seats are electrically adjustable, heated and ventilated. A massage function is available for the driver's seat. Passengers in the rear seats have access to heating, a folding armrest and adjustable backrest angle.

The basic equipment of the Tank 300 includes adaptive cruise control, a lane control system with a lane center hold function, traffic sign scanners, a rain sensor and a rear-view camera washer, heated seats and steering wheel rims, which is complemented by heating the entire area of the windshield and windshield washer nozzles. The full LED headlights are equipped with an automatic high beam on/off function. Fog lights also work as static cornering lights. With the help of the front video camera, the driver sees in real time what is happening under the front wheels and the angle of their rotation (the "transparent bonnet" function).
