The board of directors also includes the president of AVTOVAZ, Maxim Sokolov, the former head of FSUE NAMI Sergey Gaisin, the head of the council of the association of engineering enterprises "Cluster of the Automotive Industry of Samara Region", Eduard Vaino, the director of the department of conversion activities of Rostech Maxim Nagaitsev and the head of the trade union of AVTOVAZ Sergey Zaitsev.
