AVTOVAZ launched serial production of LADA Vesta NG

On March 3rd, AVTOVAZ began the serial production of LADA Vesta NG at the production site in Togliatti. The prices and equipment of the novelty will be announced closer to the start of sales, which will take place in May this year, the press service of AVTOVAZ reports. Recall that in 2022, after the departure of the foreign partner of AVTOVAZ from Russia, it was decided to increase significantly the production of this car, for which the production of LADA Vesta was transferred to the production site from Izhevsk to Tolyatti. During 2022, special attention was also paid to the localization of the necessary components.

In total, more than 200 parts and assemblies are now produced in Russia: these are the engine, gearbox, bodywork, chassis parts, seats and other interior elements. Deliveries to AVTOVAZ are also carried out by new partners from friendly countries. The new generation LADA Vesta is equipped standardly with two frontal airbags and an ABS system. The car is equipped with LED optics (headlights, fog lights, taillights), heated windshield, mirrors and front seats, air conditioning, parking sensors, a multimedia system with steering wheel controls and a 7" touch screen, 17-inch alloy wheels and etc. As for the external changes of LADA Vesta, an elegant arch is integrated into the front bumper, extending from the headlight housing and separated by a silvery molding. The bumper itself has a more developed relief, which is especially expressive thanks to the new shape of the X-shaped moldings.

The radiator grille of the restyled LADA Vesta in standard versions is crossed by two chrome-plated moldings, which increase the dynamism of the look and visually expand the car. LADA logo has also been enlarged. The rear bumper is made in a sporty design, which is emphasized by two decorative exhaust pipes. The new trunk lid in its vertical part has two new stampings that visually lengthen the car.
