Sollers appointed new heads of its enterprises

Sollers company carried out organizational changes in the structure of the operational management of the group. From February 1st, 2023, new heads of production enterprises belonging to the Sollers group have been appointed, the press service of the automaker reports. Thus, Aleksey Matasov, who previously held the position of executive director of this enterprise and has been working in the group since 2008, has been appointed General Director of Sollers Alabuga.

Aleksey Spirin, who joined Sollers group also in 2008, has been appointed to the position of General Director of the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant, and has until now held the position of Executive Director of UAZ. The position of the head of the Zavolzhsky branch of UAZ LLC was taken by Ilnur Sakhabiev, who was previously appointed general director of RosALit Foundry LLC and is also the production director of the engine plant in the Alabuga SEZ. Sollers production site in Vladivostok, Automotive Industrial Technologies LLC, was headed by Ildar Khismatullin, who has been with the company since 2005 and previously held the position of Deputy General Director of Mazda Sollers Manufacturing Rus JV.

At the same time, the positions of executive directors of Sollers production sites are being abolished. As the chairman of the board of directors of Sollers Adil Shirinov noted, the personnel rotation at the company's production enterprises reflects the management structure that has already developed for the last year, in which the operational heads of car plants assumed full authority to ensure current production activities, and the board of directors and management Sollers focused on issues of strategy, development of the product line, formation of new partnerships in the field of car production and component base, as well as on the preparation and implementation of the group's investment program.
