New crossover JAC JS6 appeared at dealers

Sales of new JAC JS6 crossover began in Russia, which premiered in early December 2022. Autonews of the day found out about it by finding several ads for its sale on the classifieds at once, published by dealers from different cities of our country. Almost all cars are presented in the top-end Luxury configuration, the price of which is 2 million 799 thousand rubles. At the same time, a number of them were offered for 2 million 815 thousand rubles (excluding benefits for credit and trade-in), and some were estimated at 200 thousand more than the price announced by the distributor - 2 million 999 thousand rubles.

The only car found on the classifieds in the basic Comfort version is offered for 2 million 599 thousand rubles. Recall that the standard equipment of the JAC JS6 includes 4 airbags, leather trim, rear parking sensors and a 12.3-inch media system screen. In the Luxury version, the crossover received side airbags, a panoramic roof, as well as LED optics. The car is also equipped with electrically adjustable front seats and climate control. The new JAC JS6 crossover is equipped with a non-alternative 1.5-liter engine with 174 hp (280 Nm of torque), which works in conjunction with a 6-band "robot" with two "wet" clutches. Drive – is only front. McPherson struts are used at the front, and a multi-link suspension at the rear.

According to the Managing Director of JAC AVTOPOLE Andrey Kosarev, JAC JS6 is able to occupy up to 20% of the sales structure of the JAC JS6 brand. The car is equipped with all modern elements of comfort and safety accepted in the class. At the same time, new Chinese crossovers of similar dimensions and price segment, as well as family cars with mileage of European and Korean brands, will become competitors of the novelty.
