There are five Russian car plants in the list of 295 enterprises comprising a united system

The Russian government announced the list of organizations which comprise a united system and they may wait for the state support. There are 295 companies in the list and there are more enterprises of electric power industry, the food-processing industry and agriculture, metallurgy and transport. The auto industry is presented by five enterprises - AVTOVAZ, Sollers, ZIL, KAMAZ and Russian cars including GAZ.
The agency "Finmarket" writes that the list of lucky men was reduced 5 times from the announced one and a half thousand companies but the number of the elite still can be increased. Criteria of being in the list were the following: the number of employees not less than 4 thousand people, the turnover more than 15 billion rubles per year, essential tax payments and significance for the city.
The main task of work with such companies is maintenance of their stability using not only credit instruments but also other measures, such as government guarantees, subsidizing of interest rates, re-structuring of tax debts, government order, the customs-tariff policy and etc. Besides negative social and economic consequences from discontinuantion of activities of such enterprises will be minimized if necessary.
