GAZ announced prices for Sobol NN

Gorky Automobile Plant has announced prices for Sobol NN, which is already available for order at dealers. According to the automaker's official website, a basic rear-wheel drive all-metal van costs 2,695,000 rubles, while the Combi version with a two-row interior will cost 210,000 rubles more. At the start of sales, Sobol NN will be offered with a non-alternative Chinese-made Cummins ISF 2.8 diesel engine, which works in combination with a domestic 6-speed manual gearbox and rear-wheel drive. In the future, the novelty should have a Russian 2.5-liter diesel engine and an all-wheel drive modification.

The basic equipment of the Sobol NN car includes a sprung driver's seat, but there may not be airbags, as the technical regulations allow this. The list of options includes a media system with a 9-inch touchscreen, four USB connectors and two 12V sockets, heated mirrors, seats and windshield, an electromechanical parking brake and a start-stop button. The cargo-passenger "Sable NN" has a cargo compartment volume of 5.1 cubic meters, for an ordinary all-metal van - up to 7.8 cubic meters. From the plant, you can order a modification with a double cab and a gross weight of 2490 kg - such cars do not fall under the restrictions of megacities for trucks.

As noted, the appearance of the Sobol NN city van in the GAZ lineup reflects the rapidly growing demand from delivery services and companies operating in the online trade segment for a compact, maneuverable and at the same time roomy and comfortable delivery vehicle. Due to its small dimensions (car length - 5120 mm; height - 2430 mm) and small turning radius (5.4 m), the car can easily move in heavy traffic, drive through narrow streets and busy warehouses, park in yards without creating interference with passenger traffic.
