Demand for Haval SUVs grew by 4% in September of 2022

According to the results of September, 3,176 Haval vehicles were purchased in Russia, which is 3.6% higher in compare with the same period of the previous year. For nine months of 2022, the market volume of the Chinese brand was 20,939 cars (-12.6%), experts of the AUTOSTAT agency reported with the reference to the data of JSC "PPK"*.

The most popular Haval model in the Russian market in September remains Jolion compact crossover with 2,070 vehicles (up 3.1 times). The second place was taken by the crossover Haval F7, which was chosen by 494 buyers (-49.4%). The cross-coupe Haval F7x showed the third result - 338 purchased cars (-68.8%). It is also worth noting that the mid-size crossover Haval Dargo, which went on sale in June, sold 169 units the previous month.

The rest 105 vehicles are the H9 SUV. As AUTOSTAT previously reported, the Chinese automaker Great Wall will launch a new brand of off-road vehicles Tank in Russia by the end of 2022. The first models in the Russian market will be the Tank 300 and Tank 500, which should appear at dealers in the first half of 2023. As noted, Russia will become the second foreign market after Saudi Arabia, where Tank SUVs will be presented.
