The most popular LADA models became known in September of 2022

AVTOVAZ retains the undisputed leader in the Russian market - 17,490 LADA cars (+9.8%) were purchased in September, experts of the AUTOSTAT agency reported with the reference to the data of JSC "PPK"*. According to the results of nine months of 2022, AVTOVAZ products were sold in the amount of 116,791 vehicles, which is 56.4% lower than in the same period of the previous year.

By the end of September, the most popular model in Russia remains LADA Granta, which was chosen by 12,156 customers (an increase of 3.7 times). The SUV LADA Niva Legend took the second place with the figure of 2054 cars (an increase of 2.2 times). The third result was shown by LADA Vesta – 1424 sold cars (-82.4%). 1,030 Russians became the owners of the LADA Niva Travel SUV, which is 30.8% lower than the previous year.

Recall that in mid-August, the production of this model in a simplified configuration was resumed, and at the end of the month, cars began to arrive at dealers. This time, LADA Largus station wagon finished the top-five of AvtoVAZ bestsellers, with a circulation of 542 units (-62.7%). The rest 284 cars are LADA XRAY (-58.9%).
