Demand for auto parts has risen sharply in Russia

The demand of Russians for auto parts in the online segment has grown by almost 23 times for the year, according to data from the Wildberries marketplace. According to the study, this may be due to the fact that car owners prefer to maintain and repair existing cars, rather than buy new ones.

According to the RIA Novosti agency, most of all for the last month, Russians have purchased oil, air and cabin filters, spark plugs, car fuses, high-voltage wires, car pads, fuel filters, brake discs, stabilizer struts and wheel bearings. At the same time, buyers prefer auto parts from the brands of South Korea, Japan and China. In September, it was most often searched spare parts for domestic cars (LADA) and parts for foreign cars of the mass segment - Renault Logan and Duster, as well as Hyundai Solaris, Kia Rio.
