Haval Jolion is the most popular foreign car in Russia for the third week in a row

The experts of the agency "AUTOSTAT" after the processing and analyzing the data of JSC "Electronic Passport" determined the most popular new cars in Russia by the results of the fourth week of August (from the 22nd to the 28th). The first position in the model rating is traditionally held by LADA Granta with 2,789 sold units during the reporting period. But there was Chinese crossover Haval Jolion in the second place, which with a figure of 619 units became the best among foreign cars. And this title it retains for the third week in a row. Further in the model rating of the fourth week of August, there are two "Lada" - the Niva Legend SUV (448 units) and Vesta (387 units).

The Chinese Chery Tiggo 7 PRO (365 units) also managed to enter the TOP-5. In addition to them, the TOP-10 includes: Hyundai Creta (239 units), Geely Coolray (220 units), Kia Rio (219 units), Renault Logan (179 units) and Hyundai Solaris (176 units). As previously reported by the agency "AUTOSTAT", the residents of the Russian Federation purchased 10,039 new cars from August 22nd to August 28th, 2022. This is 2% higher than a week earlier.
