AVTOVAZ will start the hiring of new employees

AVTOVAZ intends to announce an additional recruitment of employees in September. This was announced at a conference of employees of the enterprise by the president of AVTOVAZ, Maxim Sokolov, according to whom we are talking about more than one thousand people. "We will have to increase the scale of our team in order to carry out no less ambitious tasks," said the head of AVTOVAZ, who was quoted by the press service of the government of Samara region. In turn, Dmitry Mikhalenko, Vice-President for Human Resources and Social Policy of AVTOVAZ, said that since August 15th, LADA Granta and LADA Niva cars have been produced on a five-day basis.

And from August 29 to November 27th, the car assembly complex will work six days a week with a rolling day off. As AUTOSTAT previously reported, in the second half of 2022, AVTOVAZ plans to produce almost 140,000 LADA vehicles, which is two times higher than in the first half of the year. And next year, the production volumes may increase to 400 - 500 thousand cars, depending on the needs of the market. Recall that in early June AVTOVAZ resumed the production of a simplified LADA Granta, in mid-July a three-door LADA Niva Legend SUV in a special configuration returned to the assembly line, and a month later the production of Niva Travel model was resumed.

LADA Largus station wagon should return to the production next, and in the early spring of 2023, the production of the updated LADA Vesta will resume, and its production will be transferred from the LADA Izhevsk plant to the main AVTOVAZ site in Togliatti - to the B0 line.
