Chery became the official automotive partner of Spartak

The Spartak-Moscow football club and the Chery car brand have entered into a partnership agreement, which runs until the end of the 2022/23 season. As a part of the contract, Chery will provide the club with its cars, including the best-selling crossover Tiggo 7 PRO and the seven-seater all-wheel drive Tiggo 8 PRO Max, the press service of the automaker reports. At the same time, already in the next match against Dynamo, the Chery logo will be applied to the uniform of the main team of red and white.

In addition, the cooperation involves the placement of the company's logo on the screens of the Otkritie Bank Arena, the team bus, the official website and other advertising areas of Spartak. According to the results of July, 2,577 Chery cars were purchased in Russia, which is 37.6% lower than the previous year. As a result, Chery has become a leader among Chinese automakers in our country, according to the data of the AUTOSTAT agency and Electronic Passport JSC. For seven months of 2022, the market volume of the Chinese brand was 15,387 cars (-23.7%).

As AUTOSTAT previously reported, Chery announced the appearance in Russia of the updated Tiggo 4 crossover, the date of the start of sales of which will be announced before the end of autumn. The novelty will be available in the Russian market in five trim levels and three combinations of power units.
