The EXEED premium brand confirmed the appearance in the Russian market of the new AtlantiX coupe-crossover, which was recently introduced in China and will be mass-produced at the Chery Automobile Qingdao plant from November. The terms of the start of sales of new items in our country and the trim levels for the Russian market will be announced later, the press service of the automaker reports. Presumably, the launch of the new EXEED AtlantiX coupe crossover, which will take place between the TXL and VX models, will take place in 2023.
As for the exterior, the AtlantiX's lateral shape has a flowing outline, while the clean lines at the rear create an SUV-coupe silhouette. The interior design is designed in a minimalist style, and black, gray and wood are chosen as the main colors. The car has four independent streamlined seats, the rear seats are separated by a wide tunnel. The LED illumination that runs through the entire front panel is reminiscent of the Greek symbol "sigma". The 24.6-inch screen is the centerpiece of the car's interior, and future production vehicles will also feature this large screen as a dual 12.3-inch screen. The car will use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 processor, which will be able to support the 5G network. AtlantiX also supports the Super ID system (recognizing multiple drivers in one car and one driver in different cars).
After mass production, the model will receive an update: in addition to the functions of intelligent driving with navigation, intelligent automatic lane change, autonomous parking, 21 basic ADAS functions and 11 advanced intelligent driver assistance functions will be added. The new EXEED AtlantiX will be equipped with a 2.0 TGDI engine with a maximum torque of 400 Nm and an 8-speed automatic transmission. Also, the new car will receive an adaptive CDC electromagnetic suspension, an all-wheel drive system and 7 driving modes.
As previously reported by "AUTOSTAT", Russian dealers of EXEED started the sales of the TXL SUV in a new configuration. By the end of summer, a full-size VX with a new interior color will go on sale, and by the end of 2022, an LX crossover with a new engine and all-wheel drive is expected.
