TOP-10 of best-selling all-wheel drive cars in Russia


In the first half of 2022, 139,000 new all-wheel drive cars were sold in our country. According to the experts of the agency "AUTOSTAT" by the results of processing and analysis of data of JSC "Electronic Passport", this corresponds to 39.5% of the total market. The experts also prepared a rating of the most popular such models. It is headed by the domestic LADA Niva - the total sales of Travel and Legend SUVs for 6 months reached 13,816 units. The second place was taken by the French crossover Renault Duster, the all-wheel drive version of which was sold in amount of 11,183 units. The Japanese Toyota RAV4 finished the top three - this all-wheel drive crossover was sold in the amount of 7825 units.

Further in the ranking of the best-selling cars with all-wheel drive, three more "Japanese" cars follow - Mazda CX-5 (4309 units), Mitsubishi Outlander (3891 units), Nissan X-Trail (3824 units). The seventh position is occupied by the Russian UAZ "Patriot", the sales of which for six months were 3291 vehicles. Slightly behind it there are two "Koreans" - Kia Sportage and Hyundai Tucson (3136 and 3103 units, respectively). The last in the TOP-10 is the Japanese SUV Toyota Land Cruiser Prado with a score of 2896 units.
