The Board of Directors of PJSC Sollers Auto recommended not to pay dividends for 2021, the annual meeting of shareholders will be held on June 30th in absentia. The last time the company paid dividends based on the results of work in 2013 – it was paid 100.8 million rubles, 52.52 rubles per share. At the end of 2021, the consolidated revenue of Sollers Auto under IFRS showed an increase of 39% and reached 91.7 billion rubles. The revenue growth ensured stable demand for Ford Transit cars and an increase in sales volumes of the Sollers Ford joint venture, the controlling shareholder of which is Sollers Auto. In total, Sollers Auto sold 53.2 thousand vehicles the previous year. EBITDA in 2021 increased to RUB 8.6 billion.
The company's net profit was 2.4 billion rubles against a loss of 2.1 billion rubles a year before. The net debt of Sollers Auto turned negative and reached 5.0 billion rubles - cash on the company's balance sheet exceeded borrowed funds. At the moment, 77% of Sollers Auto is owned by Vadim Shvetsov's SollersGroup LLC, other 5% is on the balance sheet of PJSC. The rest 18% of the shares are in free float on the Moscow Exchange.
