The production of automotive components is expanded in the SEZ "Togliatti"

In 2022, two residents of the Togliatti SEZ plan to complete the construction of new buildings for new production of automotive components. So, for the implementation of the IntExPlast project, a production building is being created with an area of 4500 sq. m, worth 548 million rubles. The completion date for construction and the start of production is August 2022, the press service of the government of the Samara Region reports.

The company will produce more than 30 types of plastic auto components and this year 132 new jobs will be created there, the planned investment is 463 million rubles. In addition, by the end of this year, it is planned to complete the construction of the third phase of Faurecia Automotive Solutions, one of the major production sites of the Faurecia group of companies in Russia. The implementation of the project of the third stage will permit to establish the production of foam for car seats.

Fauresia's investments in the region's economy have already amounted to 1.34 billion rubles, and 628 jobs have been created. The new production building will make it possible to employ other 80 Togliatti residents.
