New items that are just getting ready for debut: the Renault Austral crossover for the Old World and two models for Russia. Most likely, we are talking about the Renault Logan sedan and the next generation Sandero / Stepway hatchback, the disguised test prototypes of which have already come across in our country more than once. The Renault Group also announced new models for the next three years: five cars will be presented in 2023, eleven - in 2024, and four - in 2025. Among them, only "electric trains" have been opened so far. In particular, a year later, the successor to the Renault Twizy city car (under the Mobilize brand) and the passenger Renault Kangoo EV will be brought to the market, and in 2024 a new Dacia electric car, a commercial embodiment of the Renault 5 concept and some, apparently, a commercial model will appear.
As AUTOSTAT previously reported, by 2030 Renault intends to abandon completely cars with classic internal combustion engines in the European market. In particular, in the near future it is planned to switch fully to electric traction cars of the Alpine sports brand. But the Dacia brand, controlled by the Renault group, will continue to produce gasoline and diesel cars as long as European laws allow it.
