"TagAZ" "cleans the way" for Vortex Estina

In September the plant in Taganrog decreased car production to 7 277 cars, down 20.7 percent from August.
According to the newspaper "Vedomosti", "TagAZ" dealers explain this reduction of production by the necessity to clear some conveyer lines for assembly of Chery models which the plant started to launch at the end of August.
Moreover since the 15th of October "TagAZ" increased prices for cars Hyundai, up 30 000-35 000 rubles. However in September sales of Russian Hyundai best-seller - Accent sedan of "TagAZ" assembly - dropped 45 percent to 4 254 cars compared to August. Dealers consider that increasing sales for popular Korean cars the plant makes them to sell its new model - Vortex Estina (Chery Fora sedan), which is offered at 379 900- 429 900 rubles depending on the options. It is a rival to more expensive Hyundai Elantra.
