Hyundai sold about 5,000 vehicles online in 2021

Hyundai Motor CIS was one of the first automotive companies in the Russian market to introduce an innovative online sales platform that allows you to buy any car from the current Hyundai model range remotely, also paying with a bank card for your own funds or on credit, and as well as insurance policies.

At the end of 2021, 4,772 Hyundai cars were sold in this way, and in total, during the operation of the platform since its launch at the end of 2020, 4,832 cars were sold, the press service of the automaker reports. As noted, among the customers who used the online sales platform, about 20%, along with the purchase of a car, also issued financial or insurance products online. Currently, almost the whole model range of Hyundai is represented on the platform. The purchase cycle from model selection to payment and receipt of the car at the dealership takes about 10 days. In addition, in April 2021, Hyundai launched an innovative used car online sales platform UKA. The service allows you to buy a tested Hyundai car with mileage on transparent terms and offers for purchase both cars from the dealerships of the brand, as well as cars from the company's corporate fleet, demo parks of Hyundai dealers and cars participating in the online subscription. At the end of 2021, the UKA service has over 14 thousand registered users.

Currently, 125 participating dealers from 65 Russian cities are connected to the service. According to the results of nine months of work, UKA has sold more than 300 cars with its help. We also add that at the moment more than 32 thousand users are registered in the Hyundai Mobility car subscription service, among which more than 5 thousand customers used the car subscription. The Business Mobility car rental service for legal entities is used by 258 companies, as a part of this service, 1,471 cars were handed over to customers in 2021.
