Automobile plant "Ural" in 2022 is going to increase exports by 25%

Ural Automobile Plant plans to export almost 2 thousand cars in 2022, including about 1.5 thousand cars to non-CIS countries and 500 to the CIS countries. This was reported in the press service of the enterprise, by adding that by the end of 2021, exports are expected to be about 1.6 thousand vehicles, among which 1.1 thousand trucks - deliveries to non-CIS countries, the rest - to CIS countries ...

Thus, in 2022, the car plant can increase the volume of export deliveries in comparison with the figure expected this year by 25%. As noted in the press service of "Ural" plant, this year the bulk of sales belonged to all-wheel drive modifications of vehicles "Ural-4320", and since 2020, deliveries of non-four-wheel drive models have been carried out. “Recently, European countries have shown great interest in Ural Next equipment, and a number of countries have already begun to buy our equipment,” added a representative of the plant.

As previously reported, Ural automobile plant plans to increase the car production by 5% in 2021 in compare with the previous year - up to 8.7 thousand cars, in 2022 the production growth is expected to accelerate to 8%.
