The new Range Rover will appear in Russia in the spring of 2022

The fifth generation Range Rover SUV, which was presented at the end of October, will hit the Russian market in the spring of 2022. The agency "AUTOSTAT" was informed about it in the press service of Jaguar Land Rover. With the new MLA-Flex body architecture, the vehicle will be available in both standard and long wheelbases and, for the first time in Range Rover's history, in a seven-seat configuration. On the interior front, advanced air purification technology improves cabin air quality, while Active Noise Cancellation ensures a quiet ride.

The range of engines with which the new Range Rover will be supplied to Russia is headed by the new flagship petrol 530-horsepower V8. It allows the full-size SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in Dynamic Launch just for 4.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 km / h. The most powerful Ingenium diesel engine available in the new Range Rover is the D350. This 3.0L in-line six-cylinder engine with twin turbochargers accelerates the car from 0 to 100 km / h in 6.1 seconds.

Another diesel engine available in the Russian market, the 249-horsepower D250, accelerates the SUV to 100 km / h in 8.3 seconds. All new Range Rovers are equipped with an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission.
