Volvo increased sales by 7% in Russia in October

Russian Volvo dealers sold 991 cars in October, which is 7.1% higher than a year ago. According to the results of ten months of 2021, Volvo sales were 7,899 cars, which are 34.6% higher than in the same period of the previous year, the press service of Volvo Car Russia reports.

As noted, potential demand remains at a very high level, but sales are limited by the availability of cars. Volvo's bestseller in the Russian market in October was the XC40 compact crossover, which was sold in the amount of 406 units (an increase of 3.1 times).

The second result in terms of sales was shown by the mid-size crossover XC60, which was chosen by 280 buyers (-25%). The third place was taken by the full-size crossover XC90 with 216 sold cars (-11%).
