Fresh Auto announced the results of online car sales

Online sales of Fresh Auto in the first half of the year were 3280 vehicles; the press service of the holding informed the agency "AUTOSTAT". During this period, residents of Voronezh most often purchased cars from the company online, which accounted for 33% of the total. In Krasnodar, the share of such sales was 16.7% of all cars sold by the company online, in Mineralnye Vody - 4.6%, in Moscow - 6%, in Rostov-on-Don - 28% and in Tyumen - 10%.

Leadership among the models that Russians most often preferred to buy online at Fresh Auto is led by Kia Rio. The share of online sales of this car was 31%. The second place is occupied by Ford Focus (19%), followed by Hyundai Solaris (17%). The fourth position was taken by LADA Granta (13%), and the rating of leaders is finished by several cars that were equally in demand: Renault Logan, Volkswagen Polo and Skoda Octavia (11% each). In addition to online sales of cars, the company also spoke about the results of offline sales. So, in the first half of the year they were: 2,733 units - new and 13,662 - second-hand cars.

At the same time, 6148 used cars were sold on credit. As noted in the company itself, digital customer service is the most convenient and safely form of communication. It will be actively used during the period of limiting the offline activities of car dealerships, including through social networks, in particular Instagram. According to Denis Migal, the founder of Fresh Auto, the monthly number of visits to the company's Instagram store is 7,000, and 5% of all online sales are made using Instagram.
