Mazda CX-30 will leave the Russian market

Mazda has stopped the delivery of CX-30 crossovers to the Russian market. Currently, dealers are selling off leftover cars, after which the model will disappear from the local range. As a result, the Russian Mazda range will be reduced from four models to three and will be represented by the CX-5 and CX-9 crossovers, as well as Mazda6 sedan.

The compact crossover Mazda CX-30 is a victim to a shortage of microchips: the volume of production was reduced and the shipment of car sets to the Mazda Sollers plant in Vladivostok, where the assembly of cars for the Russian market was carried out, was stopped. Recall that sales of the “CX-30” in our country began in January 2021, and for eight months, 2532 such cars were sold (among which only a third - all-wheel drive cars). However, according to dealers, there is a possibility that supplies may be resumed the next spring.

Mazda CX-30 crossover is equipped with a 2.0-liter Skyactiv-G 150 hp petrol engine, which is combined with both a 6-speed manual transmission and a 6-band "automatic". The model is offered in three trim levels - Drive, Active and Supreme - at a price of 1 million 763 thousand rubles.
