Skoda has announced the modifications and prices for the updated Kodiaq


Skoda has presented in Moscow an updated version of the Kodiaq SUV, which will appear at Russian dealers in the fourth quarter of 2021. The novelty will be produced at the facilities of the plant in Nizhny Novgorod using the full cycle method (CKD).

The car is available for order in Active, Ambition and Style trim levels with an extended list of standard equipment, as well as in Sportline and L&K versions, according to the press service of the Czech brand. The engine range for the model includes three gasoline engines and a diesel one with a volume from 1.4 to 2.0 liters and a capacity of 125 hp up to 180 hp in combination with gearboxes MKP-6, DSG-6 or DSG-7, with front or all-wheel drive.

The cost of new items ranges from 1 million 961 thousand rubles to 2 million 710 thousand rubles, depending on the configuration and power unit. Recall that the world premiere of the updated Skoda Kodiaq took place in April of this year. The redesigned Kodiaq's exterior features by a raised, sculpted bonnet, a new radiator grille that is more vertical than before and new alloy wheels up to 20 inches in diameter. The lines of the headlights and taillights have become narrower. In the interior, decorative inserts and contrasting stitching on the dashboard and doors appeared, and the LED backlighting received more functions and includes ten shades.

As the head of the Skoda brand in Russia, Peter Scholz, noted, three years after the launch of Kodiaq production in Russia, an updated version of this brand's SUV was presented. This model plays an important role in Skoda's SUV development campaign and continues to be popular among Russians.
