The market of luxury used cars grew by 9% in November

According to the analytical agency "AUTOSTAT", in November of 2020, the market volume of luxury used cars in Russia was 186 units. This is higher by 9% than a year ago (170 units). Among the used cars of the Luxury segment, the Russians preferred the Mercedes-Benz Maybach S-Class in the previous month (63 units), the share of which was 34% of the total volume.

Bentley brand is the second one by popularity - such cars in the secondary market were sold in a circulation of 53 units. Then, with a difference of only one car, Maserati (27 units) and Rolls-Royce (26 units) follow. Besides them, 9 Aston Martin cars and 4 Ferrari and Lamborghini cars were resold in our country in the previous month.

Experts noted that 4 out of 7 brands demonstrated positive dynamics in November, and Aston Martin showed the largest growth (3 times). Exactly a half of the used luxury cars were purchased in Moscow in November (93 units). Other 21 such cars were registered in the Moscow region. Residents of St. Petersburg bought 18 used luxury cars, Krasnodar Territory - 7, Leningrad Region and Chechnya - 4. In a number of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, from 1 to 3 such cars were purchased.

At the end of 11 months of 2020, the secondary luxury car market is also showing the positive dynamics. So, from January to November, its volume was 1,916 units, which is higher by 4% than in the same period of the previous year (1,844 units).
