Sales of Ford Transit grew by 11% in September

Russian Ford dealers sold 1,569 light commercial vehicles Ford Transit in September, which is higher by 11.4% than a year before. According to the results of nine months of 2020, sales of this model in our country reached 8,816 cars, which is higher by 1.6% than in the same period of the previous year, the press service of Sollers Ford reported.

The line of basic versions includes an all-metal van, bus and chassis, cars are available to order with three base lengths, two roof heights and nine types of drive, including all-wheel drive. All Ford Transits are equipped with 2.2 liter turbo diesel engines (125-155 hp). As AUTOSTAT previously reported, Sollers Ford plant in Yelabuga, which, in order to preserve its staff and business efficiency, switched to a four-day working week from July 1st, returned to a five-day working mode from October 5th.
