Chery increased sales by 28% in Russia in June

Russian Chery dealers sold 659 cars in June, which is higher by 28% than in the previous year. According to the results of six months of 2020, Chery sales in Russia grew by 4% and reached 2,887 cars. According to the Chery Automobile Rus press service, the most popular Chery models are the compact Tiggo 4 crossover and the seven-seater Tiggo 8 crossover, which accounted for 56% and 23%, respectively. As noted, the online store in June provided 12% of the total sales of the brand.

Recall that the Chery brand is currently represented in the Russian market by the Tiggo series of crossovers, consisting of the models: Tiggo 3, Tiggo 4, Tiggo 5, Tiggo 7 and Tiggo 8. As AUTOSTAT previously reported, Chery will present a new generation of the Tiggo 7 crossover - Tiggo 7 Pro model - in the Russian market in the third quarter of 2020. The novelty will take place in the line of Chery cars between the Tiggo 7 and Tiggo 8 models.
