Jaguar Land Rover dealers return to the standard mode

JaguarLandRoverRussia dealer network is gradually returning to its standard mode of operation as the restrictive measures associated with the coronavirus epidemic in various regions of the country are weaken. All dealerships operate in accordance with the strictest rules of social distance, sanitary-hygienic processing of premises and regular monitoring of the health status of employees, the press service of JaguarLandRover Russia reported.

In a number of regions, dealerships are already fully operational, including receiving orders, sales and services. This week, dealerships in Moscow so far operate only in the service delivery mode, and from June 1st, in accordance with the order of the capital's mayor, the dealership network in Moscow will also be fully resumed.

As of the beginning of 2020, JaguarLandRover dealer network had 50 dealer enterprises in Russia. As AUTOSTAT previously reported, in the first four months of 2020, JaguarLandRover Russia sold 2,515 cars, which is lower by 23% than a year ago. So, in the reporting period, 2188 LandRover SUVs (-17%) were sold in the Russian market, while Jaguar sales reached 327 vehicles (-49%).

Recall that in April, Russian Jaguar dealers began the sales of the updated F-Type sports car of 2021 model year.
